Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days. Occasionally products are made-to-order, which, if applicable, will be noted on the product page. 
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and arrival times are dependent upon USPS's timeline. 
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. During peak sales seasons, such as sale and holidays, please allow one to two extra business days for processing and shipping. ForteKnight holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

For International orders 
Please note that ForteKnight is not responsible for delays or extra charges that may occur due to customs clearance or the postal service of each country. Unfortunately, these things are out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

Returns 
Because we are a small shop and many of our products are created in small time intensive batches, refunds are not possible. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of sale items.

Exchanges are only possible if the products have not been used and are in perfect condition. Damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution if you feel you may wish to exchange an item. Items must be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Refunds on shipping are not possible.
